The first Brewhouse Rarities beer to make its way into 6-packs, this beer is a medium-bodied, low ABV stout with subtle, not-too-sweet notes of peppermint and chocolate. The yeast strain was selected for the creaminess and residual sugar it imparts on the beer. And both peppermint and cocoa were added post-fermentation for a refreshing, minty sweet finish.

You get a moment of stout, and then suddenly this dry mint flavor washes over and through the drink. I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to rate this.
