This warming winter creation combines our 2013 Diesel Stout with our 2011 Chocolate Bourbonic project, resulting in an epic blend of both sour and non-sour ales. Aged in Bourbon barrels with rum-soaked Black Mission figs and spices for several months, Midnight Diesel appears jet black in the glass and features intense flavors of figgy pudding, chocolate, Bourbon, cinnamon and toasted oak - bringing with it a little extra joy to the world this holiday season.

A bit of an oddball - a blend of non-sour and sour in winter warmer form - 2013 Diesel Stout + 2011 Chocolate Bourbonic aged in Bourbon bbls w/rum-soaked mission figs.
