Visit and Old World lager brewery and the brewmaster will insist that you enjoy a "keller" beer direct from the aging tank. To a brewer this is beer at its purest: unfiltered, nuanced and gently carbonated.

Smooth and rich, not like a Czech pilsner. Some pils spiciness especially towards the finish, but on the palate there's also a hint of ripe fruit. First introduction to the Keller style, it's pretty yummy!
