This beer is a collaboration with Portland Roasting. We brewed a base stout, then cold steeped an Organic Mexican and Ethiopian blend to compliment and accentuate the roast, chocolate and coffee flavors already in the malt base . The result is a smooth dark ale that has layers of dark, rich roast flavor.
