This recipe is a throwback to 1995, originally brewed by the late Dick Young himself on the brewery's initial three-barrel system. The brewing staff felt that by recreating this recipe for the Holiday Ale Festival, they could celebrate with friends and family and toast to Dick's memory. This beer is a heavily hopped ale with black and chocolate malts that give it a dark and rich flavor.

Boozy and hoppy. At this point in the flight, too much of both, but I could see this working by itself.
