Dark and rich, this beer contributes to a palate full of deep malty flavors. A multitude of only the top quality malts and hops make this beer very special. A lot of care is put into the mashing process, which includes copious amounts of caramel, chocolate and black malts. We add plenty of Magnum hops to balance the malty wort. We then add two additions of Mt. Hood hops for a generous hop flavor and great aroma. Our porter is a traditional full flavored English style porter. The ale is dark brown, almost black in color with lots of body and smooth drink-ability.

Note of roast coffee, but also with a touch of that same bit-too-much-is-cloying tart backdrop as the other beers here. While nice, that dips it below the cream stout.
