Chaka is a collaboration between Sun King and Oskar Blues. Chaka is a Belgian Amber Ale with huge aromatics that lead way to rich malt flavor, reminiscent of a Tripel. Fruit testers from the yeast add dimension to the beer and give away to a clean finish.

Lots of Belgian spice, coriander and cinnamon, with a bit of apricot-like fruit character. Not bad, but not really my cup of tea, and too one-note to overcome that.
