Kolsch is a light, malty German ale, brewed like a lager for maximum clarity and a bright, clean, refreshing taste. Malts: German Pilsner, CaraHell and Sauermalz. Hops: "Noble" Sterling and Tettenang give it just a hint of hoppiness to balance the malt-forwardness.

So much cereal in this, right up my alley—not yeasty as some Kolsches get. Love it.
