We've baked up a brilliant new beverage with the buoyant boatmen of Georgia's Pontoon Brewing in Mind Over Batter, our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Walnut Brownie-inspired Imperial Stout! Aromas of sweet, dark cacao, bourbon-soaked oak, and an increasing walnut richness as the liquid comes to ambient temperature. On the palate, there's a bitter Baker's chocolate backbone, reminiscent of that perfect crispy corner piece of brownie with a silky finish of walnutty richness.

2023 release
Thick and sweet, like most Bottle Logic stouts. Smells very nutty and tastes like smooth chocolate sauce, and booze. In my memory this isn't quite as great as the Shell Theory, but it is very nice.
