We first brewed Take 10 in collaboration with Churchkey in Washington D.C. in celebration of their 10th anniversary. Take 10 is a decadent imperial stout brewed with peanuts, chocolate, caramel, and pretzels.

2025 release
Sweeter than Shell Theory, thinner in texture. Does make me think of chocolate sauce, with a nutty finish that comes out of the background. Less boozy, but also less decadent.
