A healthy dose of rye sets the tone in this seasonal saison, whose earthy spice is layered with flavors of ginger, pepper, burnt caramel, and walnut. A clean, spicy bitterness rounds out the finish. This was the first saison we ever brewed, and we are always ready to cozy up to fall with this beer in hand!

Clove, candi sugar, a little spicy. Dries really fast and is fairly bitter so there’s a bit of whiplash. Does feel a lot like Fall.
