For our latest collaboration, we've created a culturally-inspired light lager with cereal-mashed taro. Expect a crisp, refreshing beer with hints of earthy, floral taro. Dating back over 3000 years, the Mid-Autumn Festival has its origins in China. It is now a widely celebrated east-Asia holiday and the second largest holiday in China. Festival traditions often include harvest feasts, eating mooncakes, family reunions, and lantern lighting.

Unlike last time I very clearly tasted the taro in this, which was super interesting. That said, there was also a very strong, musty smell about it which wasn't at all carried through to the flavor but was somewhat off-putting.
Clean, unsweet lager. A little bit of a metallic tang. Not sure I was able to identify any taro.
