Sowing The Sun, our take on the golden Kölsch biers of Cologne, is brewed with heirloom “Barke” Pilsner malt + wheat and is hopped with Hallertau Tradition & Hallertau Mittlefrüh. Fermented at low temperatures for ale fermentaions and lagered for many moons, this beer is light on the palette, has the perfect smooth bitterness, and finished clean and crisp. Tasting notes of barn hay with subtle citrus and white grape aromatics.

A nice easy Kolsch with a bit more body than usual but nothing too special. Some light orange zest vibes and a hint of spice.
