When one is dabbling in the dark side of the force, as is the case when brewing this Czech Dark lager, one must abide by the way of the Sith. Which is exactly what we did when brewing our Czech Dark Lager.
Two steps in our mash, two different hop varieties, two hop additions and even malts with the number 2 in them. This beer was truly born of the dark side.
