Chordata Cuvée is a collaboration with Fremont Brewing in Seattle. This delicate blend of 14-month Barrel-Aged Barleywine from Fremont (in Woodford Rye and Willet Whiskey barrels) and Barrel Aged Stout (in Woodford Rye barrels) from Fort George is all about bilateral symmetry. Chordata was blended and packaged at Fort George and Fremont’s blend, Remainders, was blended and packaged at Fremont. Two styles, two breweries, two collaborations, two unique blends.
