We got together with our friends from Atlanta's Monday Night Brewing to make a big beer that borrows from two different styles: Barleywine and Imperial Stout. Double mashed and then co-fermented with two yeast strains, this collaboration spent its final days in tank aging on copious amounts of hazelnuts and coconut to add to its delightfully decadent character.

After the Sir Isaac this tasted like a moderately-but-not-too-sweet Almond Joy-esque candy bar. After the Hoppin' Honey this somehow didn't taste very alcoholic despite being stronger. Weird day, but I really loved this one.
