A draft portal is the opening of a mineshaft that is lit by the sun. When a bunch of us were craving our Mineshaft Black IPA, the Bru Guru indulged us (and you!) Using the same hop schedule as the Mineshaft (Clusters, Cascade and Fuggles), he brewed a lighter ale better suited to this weather. 2-row brewer’s, Carapils, caramel and Munich malts provide the nice malty body and copper color. A classic American IPA.
