The Local Yokel IPA is a beer meant to get you back in touch with your roots. A softer malt body helps profile some of the early craft brewing hops like Chinook and Cascade, but there are some Idaho 7 and Amarillo Hops for a hint of something a bit newer. This IPA is full of orange zest flavor with a great floral backdrop.
