This beer is bright golden yet may have a slight sheen and tiny particulate from its heavy hop dosing, like a field of autumn hay shining under an afternoon sun. Pale and wheat malt are mashed with rye and oats to create a medium-bodied ale with a creamy mouthfeel. Centennial, Cascade, Sterling, Willamette, and Glacier hops form a bonfire of citrus notes (think grapefruit and lemon, along with some grass and pine), fruity cheers, and a bold finale.
