This is a Ninkasi take on a Helles Bock. Helles Bocks are golden-colored, medium to full-bodied bocks with a strong, malty aroma and flavor. Low hop bitterness and a lightly-toasted bready character are common traits. We brewed ours for the 2014 KLCC Brewfest, an annual event that supports both craft beer and public radio. Cheers!
