Denny patterned this ale with Northwest produced Organic ingredients and Organic Oatmeal off his award winning Noti Brown. It is a hoppy American Brown ale, with plenty of deep chocolate bitterness contrasted with a rich, sweet caramel malt taste. This ale is fully created with hops grown less than 500 yards from the recipes namesake town, Noti and utilizes Organic Oatmeal milled in Eugene.
