Exhibiting our devotion to a firm malt foundation, Two-row Pale malt provides the base with Aromatic and Wheat Malt for head retention and body. CaraMunich, Carastan and Crystal malts are utilized for color, complexity and flavor. We took liberties with an abundance of hop additions; Columbus for bittering, Chinook and Cascades provide the flavor with Amarillo used during dry hopping for aroma.
