Made with heirloom variety apples from our 1883 homestead orchard, this dry cider is light and crisp. Heirloom varieties used include Gravenstein, white pippin, Stayman's Winesap, Tolman Sweet, and many more. Added structure comes from cider apples from our English and French cider orchard.
