A once-obscure style brewed in Köln, Germany brewed just for us across the river in Moorhead. This Kölsch ale pours a light straw color with a grassy, apple-y aroma. Extremely light in body with a higher carbonation. Slightly tangy, apple notes hit you up front & then level off to a creamy, light malt flavor.
