A delicate nectar crafted with pears carefully selected from the orchard of one of our most seasoned brewers, Sour POW’r gets its name from its three core ingredients: Pears, Oats, and Wheat.

Brewed in a style similar to that of a Belgian lambic, incorporating two different strains of brewers’ bacteria, this beer was developed over the course of two years in an oak barrel formerly used for red wine.

Medium-bodied, with the juiciness of ripe fruit and a tart finish, it will carry you away to a summer night in the orchard.
