Supercool IPA is back for the third time. We love classic hop varieties at Upright and loaded this openly fermented IPA with chinook and columbus hops in the kettle, a bit of willamette in the hopback and a pound per barrel of amarillo as a dryhop. The beer is modestly bitter at around 65 IBUs but the extra dry finish makes it both racy and quenching.
