Adventurous, expansive, and bold, Cannonball is our take on what a hoppy beer ought to be. The malt structure is crafted to create a surface, a plane, for our eight specially selected American hops to rise up from. To ramp up the ABV without increasing the body or other malty characteristics, we add some sugar to the mix, giving the yeast a little something extra to digest without adding any flavor but the alcohol.
