This American cousin of the classic English IPA is well-rounded and refined. Traditional English IPAs have a strong maltiness, accented by an an earthy, herbal hop note. We preserve that malt-forward character, and even highlight it a bit by using a London-style yeast. Then, to give the brew an our-side-of-the-pond spin, we dry hop with three Oregon varieties.
