Craft beer enthusiasts have really sharpened their palettes over the last couple of years and a common statement we have often heard about Kentucky Light is “This doesn’t taste like a light beer.” And that’s because it’s not. Kentucky Light has always been a full-flavored Kölsch-style ale, a style of beer from Cologne, Germany. Your voices have been heard and beginning this July Kentucky Light will now be named Kentucky Kölsch.
