Our Marionberry Pale Ale features the wonderful characteristics of fermented marionberries while continuing to be a Northwest Pale Ale. It starts off as a 30 IBU pale ale brewed with chestnuts and buckwheat that is bittered with Newport hops and finished with Cascade and Meridian hops. Once fermentation kicks off over 10 pounds per barrel of marionberries are added straight into the fermenter.
