The name is misleading. It is by Epic Ales standards simple. Only made with malted barley and hops. This fantastic session ale is at first glance a classic example of the northwest, rich, malty and very hoppy. Beneath the surface lies a panoramic flavor profile created by the unique yeast strain and the blend of malt used. Think Hawaiian pizza with rosemary and balsamic added, and you're starting to get the picture.
