From the brewer
Lagers are usually bright and clear with a clean maltiness and slight hoppiness, yet our White Lager takes the focus away from those qualities by retaining its yeast and emphasizing the hazy hue, hint of orange zest, and even, silky finish. This rare style dates back to the Middle Ages, when beer was matured in deep vaults (“lagered”) for months before emerging smooth and rich in vitamins. It remained unfiltered from keg to cup, and so does ours, bringing to life a German tradition with a twist.
